REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.
How to start a return Email us at [support@cleacove.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can't guarantee we'll receive items sent without tracking.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including grooming tools that have contacted a pet, and any clearance or final-sale items. These will be clearly marked at checkout.
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return your original (once approved) and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at [support@cleacove.com] and we'll look into it.
